Warehouse Operative

Job Description:

Warehouse Operative roles available working ad hoc shifts with varying start times for an award-winning global document storage company in Lutterworth (LE17 4UE) with good transport links, free parking onsite!! 

Hours & Pay:  Monday to Friday - Work is not guaranteed for the full week and depends on client demand
Start times will vary from 6am - 10am working a minimum of 4 hours, and up to 8 hours per shift - £12.68 per hour

As Warehouse Operative you will be handballing from large containers arriving full of pallets. This is an active role where you will be performing various tasks as follows:

• Manually loading and unloading large containers
• Sorting items from pallets and shrink wrapping
• Stacking pallets ready to go onto containers 

We are really keen to hear from applicants with the following:

• Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment ideally 
• Any experience of handballing would be useful but not essential
• Physically fit with ability to manually lift heavy items for majority of your shift
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to work in a targeted and fast paced environment

The role requires candidates to undergo a basic DBS check, Credit check and provide verifiable employment/ education history as part of the process.
