Warehouse Operative – Picking & Packing (Scanning Experience Required)

Red Recruitment Group Ltd are currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation.

This role is suited to someone with previous picking and packing experience who is confident using a handheld scanning gun and is willing to be trained on warehouse equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately
• Using a handheld scanning gun for order processing
• Following picking lists and system instructions
• Updating the warehouse system via scanner/PC
• Supporting general warehouse duties as required

Training & Equipment

• Training provided on the warehouse system
• Willingness to be trained and use:
• Flexi Bendi
• PPT (Powered Pallet Truck)
• LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 10:00 – 18:00 or 14:00 – 22:00

Essential Requirements

• Previous picking and packing experience
• Experience using a scanning gun
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
