Warehouse Operative

Job Description:

Accept Recruitment is excited to be recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Magna Park, Lutterworth. This is a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment, and we are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join the team.

Working Hours/Days:
4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern.

Please note: shifts fall on different days each week, so flexibility is required and weekend availability is essential.

Pay Rate:
£13.19 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
Loading and unloading goods
Handling large and bulky items
General warehouse duties
Adhering to all health & safety procedures
Working collaboratively as part of a team

Candidate Requirements:
Previous warehouse experience (including loading/unloading)
Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding work
Own transport is essential (due to location and shift pattern)
Reliable and punctual
Good understanding of English (spoken & written)
Able to commit to a 4 on 4 off rotating shift pattern
