Pay Rate: £13.11 per hour
Job Type: Temporary (Long-Term Opportunity)

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 13:00

Job Overview

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy distribution site in Rugby. This is a long-term temporary opportunity working consistent day shifts, ideal for candidates with previous warehouse experience and familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
• Using handheld scanners and WMS systems to process stock
• Preparing goods for dispatch
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Requirements

• No qualifications required however previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment (Minimum 6 months)
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) highly desired 
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and reliability
