Job Description:

Working Pattern (Non-Negotiable)

You must be able to work ALL of the below:

• 10am – 6pm
• 6pm – 2am
• Rotating every 2 weeks
• 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)
• Rest days will change weekly

If you cannot commit to rotating shifts and weekends – do not apply

Location & Transport

• Site: Coleshill, B46 1AL
• Own transport is essential 
• Public transport is not reliable for these shifts

If you cannot get to site for all shift times – do not apply

Pay & Benefits

• £12.80 per hour (day shifts)
• Up to £14.00 per hour (night hours)
• Overtime paid at time and a half:
• £19.20 – £21.00 per hour
• Temp to perm opportunities
• Ongoing, stable work
• Immediate starts available
• Brand new site with long-term progression

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Preparing and palletising stock
• Working across inbound, outbound, picking, packing, dispatch
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

This is a target-driven environment – you’ll be expected to keep up.

• Warehouse experience is preferred (but not essential)
• Must be reliable – no last-minute dropouts
• Comfortable working at pace and on your feet
• Able to follow instructions and hit targets
• Team players with a strong work ethic
