Warehouse / Production Operative - Long-Term Opportunity

Location: Meridian Business Park
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary (long-term opportunity for the right candidate)

We are recruiting a Warehouse/Production Operative to join a friendly manufacturing team.

This role is ideal for candidates who have experience working in both warehouse and production environments, particularly where accuracy and process adherence are important.

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Restocking materials
• Supporting production processes including paint mixing and colour-related tasks

What we are looking for:
* Previous warehouse AND production experience
* Excellent colour vision and attention to detail
* Ability to follow precise processes and instructions
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
* Comfortable with manual, on-your-feet work
