Shift: 8:00am to 4:30pm Mon to Fri
Salary: £15.00 to £15.50 per hour

About the Role:
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join the team and ensure the warehouse operations run efficiently and safely. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the safe handling, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished furniture products. This role requires strong organisational skills, leadership experience, and a hands-on approach to maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, ensuring productivity, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

• Oversee stock control, inventory management, and regular stock audits.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including safe handling of materials.

• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse machinery, including forklifts and other lifting equipment.

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements, deliveries, and returns.

• Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

• Train and develop warehouse staff, promoting a culture of safety and efficiency.

About You:

• Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Valid FLT Counterbalance Licence is essential.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent organisational and planning abilities.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
