Job Description:

Warehouse Technician 

we are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Technician to join a busy warehouse operation based in rugby. This is a permanent position offering a stable opportunity for an experience warehouse professional or someone looking to further develop their skills within inventory and stock control. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Follow all Health 7 Safety and inventory control procedures. 
• Load / unload goods and recevie deliveries. 
• Check deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes. 
• Maintain accurate stock locations and records. 
• Dispatch parts and equipment and process issue reports. 
• Carry out cycle counts and stocktakes. 
• Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards. 
• Suppor inventory management, MRP, and improvement projects. 

Requirements: 

• Warehouse and Inventory Control Experience 
• Forklift or Pallet Stacker Experience (or willingness to be trained) 
• ERP System Knowledge (SAP Desirable) 
• Basic Microsoft Work & Excel Skills 

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, Friday 8am to 3:30 pm.

There is opportunity to work overtime during our major outage periods, usually in February to April. During this period the successful candidate will be required to work 12 hour shifts Monday to Friday and one day at the weekend in collaboration with the warehouse supervisor.
