This is a fast-paced, high-footfall weekend sales role where the leads are warm, the stock is strong, and the commission is uncapped. With hundreds of vehicles on site and a steady stream of pre-booked appointments and walk-ins, you’ll be busy — and rewarded for it.
You’ll be on the same commission structure as full-time Sales Executives, with a pro rata basic salary based on £22,000 FTE.
What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering a great customer experience on the showroom floor
Matching customers to the right vehicle based on their needs
Arranging and conducting test drives
Selling finance, warranties, and add-ons
Managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover
Hitting (and beating) weekend sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Face-to-face sales experience (automotive, retail, or similar)
Confident communicator who can close
Target-driven and motivated by commission
Professional, customer-focused, and switched on
Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset
Full UK driving licence
FCA accreditation (or willingness to complete training)
