Your Role as a Weekend Care Assistant
You’ll be a trusted, familiar face that clients look forward to seeing each weekend. Your kindness and reliability will help them feel safe, valued, and supported.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting with personal care such as washing, dressing, and toileting
• Assisting with medication reminders or administration
• Preparing meals and snacks
• Helping with light housekeeping to keep the home tidy and safe
• Providing companionship and emotional reassurance
• Encouraging independence and confidence in daily life

Each client is unique — and you’ll have time to build real relationships rather than rushing between homes.
