Job Title: Fabricator / Welder
Location: Leicester
Hours: Day Shift
Salary: £16.00ph + (DOE)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Fabricator / Welder. This hands-on role involves the fabrication and welding of metal components and steelwork, with opportunities to take part in both workshop and occasional site-based work.

Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate and weld metal components and structural steelwork.
* Perform MIG welding to a high standard.
* Carry out saw cutting, punching, and assembly of components as required.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
* Complete batch work efficiently while maintaining quality.
* Support workshop operations and maintain safe working practices.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and productivity.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in MIG welding and metal fabrication.
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
* Strong mechanical knowledge and practical skills.
* Reliable and self-motivated with attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Flexibility to undertake occasional site work when required.
