Job Description:

Position: Welder Fabricator 
Hours: Monday – Thursday (days only 40hr – enjoy a long weekend every week!)

Salary: £33,000 per year + overtime opportunities at 1.5x
Contract: Permanent, full-time

We’re seeking a Welder Fabricator to join a dynamic manufacturing team, working on a variety of custom projects for our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants career progression, a supportive environment, and the chance to work on specialist, precision fabrication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding and fabrication tasks using welding techniques

• Work on bespoke projects, producing high-quality components for a variety of clients

• Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and fabrication plans accurately

• Assemble, align, and fit metal components to required tolerances

• Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards

• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a welder/fabricator 

• Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding techniques 

• Ability to read and work from engineering drawings and technical specifications
