The Welder Fabricator Role:
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for the fabrication and welding of high-precision components.The role requires interpreting technical drawings, using advanced welding equipment, and ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate and weld metal components to tight tolerances
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Use MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques as required
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Work independently while meeting production targets
• Maintain welding equipment and the workshop area to high standards
• Report progress and issues to the Team Leader

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience as a welder fabricator, preferably in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Experience with MIG, TIG, and other welding processes
• Knowledge of fabrication techniques and metalworking tools
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
