Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Wet Spray Painter to join our Production team. The role involves preparing and painting precision components for earth-moving equipment in line with company procedures, customer specifications, and health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and wet spray paint complex components to industry standards
• Follow detailed work instructions and specifications
• Ensure high-quality workmanship at all times
• Support the Paint Shop Team Leader and production team as required
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Skills & Experience

• Ideally 2+ years’ wet spray painting experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to follow technical instructions
• Good work ethic and team player
• Able to work independently
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills

Working Pattern

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Day Shift: 14:30 – 23:00 and Friday 11:30-17:00
• Overtime as required
