42.5 hours per week/Monday - Friday 6.00am - 3.30pm

Are you an experienced ready for your next challenge? Our well-established client has a requirement for a Window Fabricator to join their friendly manufacturing Corby based site.

This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will play a key part in meeting production targets and maintaining the high-quality standards the business is renowned for.

The Role

As a valued member of the team, your day‑to‑day duties will include:

• Fit frames, sashes, glass panes, trims, hinges, and locking systems
• Ensure all installations are aligned, insulated, sealed, and weatherproof
• Measure openings accurately to ensure correct fitting and materials
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow building regulations and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment on customer properties
• Communicate professionally with team members

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

• Strong practical and hands‑on skills, with good attention to detail.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow installation instructions.
• Competence with tools and safe working practices.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Physical fitness and stamina, as the role involves lifting.
• Experience in window fitting or glazing is preferred, though training will be provided.
