What You'll Do:
As our Workforce Planning & Transformation Specialist, you will be the heartbeat of our workforce strategy. Your role will be pivotal in aligning our talent with our organisational goals. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be responsible for:
- Analyse & Forecast: Utilise data-driven insights to forecast workforce needs and identify skills gaps.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement workforce strategies that drive transformation.

What We're Looking For:

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, organisational development, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and workforce management software.
