What You’ll Be Doing

• Overseeing and coordinating daily workshop operations to maximise efficiency
• Allocating jobs based on skill, priority, and workload
• Monitoring progress and resolving issues quickly and confidently
• Working closely with service advisors to ensure accurate communication
• Supporting technicians with guidance, prioritisation, and problem‑solving
• Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
• Helping to build a positive, collaborative, and high‑performing workshop culture

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or similar aftersales role
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A supportive leadership style that brings out the best in your team
• A commitment to delivering quality work and excellent customer service
• Manufacturer experience is beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence
