The Supply Register are recruiting for are a friendly, nurturing primary school seeking a Year 3 Class Teacher to join their committed and supportive team. This role carries full classroom responsibilities, and we are looking for a professional who is confident in leading a class independently and maintaining high standards of behaviour and achievement.

• Has strong behaviour management skills and can establish clear routines and expectations from day one.

• Demonstrates excellent classroom organisation and consistency.

• Is confident in planning, delivering and assessing a broad and balanced curriculum.

• Takes full responsibility for planning, preparation, marking, assessment and reporting.

• Builds positive, respectful relationships with pupils, staff and parents.

• Has high expectations for both progress and conduct.

• Works effectively as part of a collaborative Key Stage 2 team.

• Full-time class teacher responsibilities.

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.

• Tracking pupil progress and implementing targeted support where needed.

• Attending staff meetings, parent consultations and school events.

• Contributing positively to the wider life of the school.
