Location: Nuneaton
Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm | Friday 8:00am–4:00pm
Pay: £12.25 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Yard and Distribution Operative to join our busy team in Nuneaton. You’ll play a key part in keeping our yard and deliveries running smoothly — from loading and unloading vehicles to maintaining equipment and handling materials safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload vehicles
• Operate pressure washers and steam cleaners
• Use machinery such as panel saws, metal saws, and abrasive wheels
• Deliver and collect materials from suppliers when required
• Repair and refurbish gates as needed

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Positive attitude and flexibility with working hours
• Strong team player with good communication skills
• Own safety boots required
• Previous general labouring experience preferred
• Physically fit and confident handling heavy materials
