Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + OTE (up to 30% commission available)

Your Role – Account Manager:

In this dynamic position, you’ll act as the key liaison between the business and its clients. Your focus will be on managing ongoing relationships, delivering exceptional service, and helping clients maximise the value of their IT investments. In addition to nurturing existing accounts, you’ll play a proactive role in sourcing and winning new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s wider growth ambitions.

What They’re Looking For – Account Manager:

• Background in Account Management within the MSP or IT reseller space
• Solid grasp of IT offerings, from infrastructure and software to fully managed services
• Confidence in communicating complex solutions in a clear and compelling way
• A relationship-first mindset with strong client retention and development skills
