Job Description:
Our market leading client, based in Castle Donington, are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team. This is an administration based role supporting the existing team.
Permanent role.
£25,000
Monday to Friday.
Admin Assistant - The Role:
- Handling enquiries from clients via telephone and email and logging on the system.
- Recording information and enquiries and keeping info up to date.
- Drafting and issuing client contracts and order confirmations, ensuring all agreements are signed off.
- Processing paperwork to ensure equipment is booked.
- Preparing client contracts and acknowledgement of orders
- Processing invoices
- Filing of all paperwork generated
Admin Assistant - The Candidate:
- Candidates preferably need office based experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Good working ethics
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
