LOCATION: Loughborough

SALARY: £13.33 per hour

HOURS: 9.00am – 5.00pm (30 mins lunch)

JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator to assist the team. Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise.

Role profile:

• First point of contact by managing incoming calls, emails and greeting visitors
• Maintain overall office efficiency by managing daily tasks and schedules
• Accurate data entry, including acknowledging customer orders
• Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, sorting daily post and parcels
• Coordinate the ordering and inventory of office supplies
• Oversee outgoing shipments, point to point tracking, and liaise with couriers daily to ensure timely delivery
• Assist with month end reporting documents
• Provide reliable support to the team by completing administrative tasks

• Proactive approach
• Proven Administration experience
