Job Description:
Hunter James Recruitment are assisting our client - a well established National organisation with their search for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join their busy facility in Leicester
Responsibilities will include:
- To be self-motivated, plan and exceed service delivery expectations and manage the resources required for the department
- Administration of Fleet and all compliance issues within the fleet
- Ensure all accident and damage reports are investigated and costs attributed correctly in conjunction with accounts invoicing.
- Ensure that all necessary reports, documents, schedules and diaries are maintained
- Plan and action all movements in conjunction with Operations Distribution office Team
- Work closely with the team ensure all site health & safety procedures are adhered to.
- Uphold and enforce the drivers’ compliance policy.
- Ensure drivers hours are maximised but not exceeded, including accurate timesheet management.
- Ensure continuous legal management of drivers’ hours & WTD regulations are being managed throughout the year
THE CANDIDATE
- Ideally the candidate will have strong experience within a HGV /Transport/ Fleet role
- Experience of Fleet compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- A high level of IT literacy
