Job Description:

Envisage Recruitment, a dynamic and growing recruitment company, is seeking an exceptional Administrator to join our team. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary range of £20,000 to £30,000 per annum. As our Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our thriving business, working closely with our finance and recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficiency in finance-related tasks, including raising invoices for recruitment services and processing timesheets for contractor workers
• Expertise in setting up contractors with compliance documentation and maintaining IR35 compliance
• Excellent skills in using Excel and CRM systems, such as Jobadder, to keep records up-to-date and generate reports for the Head of Recruitment
• Ability to chase and update purchase orders from customers, ensuring efficient communication and timely responses
• Strong administrative and organizational skills to support the overall activities of the recruitment company

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in an administrative or finance-related role, preferably within the recruitment or professional services industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations
