Job Description:
We are looking for an Administrator to join our Leicester based client. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department, providing administrative and front-of-house support.
Full time, Perm.
The Role: - Handling incoming post and emails, including scanning and distributing to relevant teams
- Updating internal systems, databases, and key date diaries
- Opening, maintaining, and archiving client files
- Printing, copying, and filing documents accurately
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Preparing and sending outgoing mail
- Providing reception cover and answering main office lines when required
- Setting up and clearing meeting rooms
- Supporting department-specific administration
- Completing general office duties and ad hoc tasks as required
The Candidate: - Previous experience in an administrative, office support, legal admin or receptionist role (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
