We’re hiring an Assistant Centre Manager for a well-established independent garage in Derby.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Centre Manager with daily operations as an Assistant Centre Manager
• Take on team leadership duties as the Assistant Centre Manager
• Ensure high customer service standards in the Assistant Centre Manager position
• Oversee job allocation and workshop efficiency as the Assistant Centre Manager
• Handle parts ordering, stock management, and admin as an effective Assistant Centre Manager

About You:

• Experience in a garage, service, or workshop setting suited to an Assistant Centre Manager
• Supervisory or team leader experience preferred for this Assistant Centre Manager role
• Excellent organisational and communication skills essential for an Assistant Centre Manager
• Technical knowledge or an MOT licence is beneficial for an Assistant Centre Manager, but not essential
• Ambition to learn and grow into the Assistant Centre Manager position
