Required Skills:

• Proven experience in management accounting or similar finance roles
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software 
• Excellent numerical accuracy and organisational abilities
• Effective communication skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently

deal Candidate:

• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance
• Prior exposure to ERP systems
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
• 2-3 years of relevant financial or management accounting experience
• Professional certifications such as AAT, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are advantageous but not mandatory
