As an Assistant Site Manager you will be:

• Monitoring health & safety compliance and promote a safe working environment
• Coordinate materials, labour, and equipment on site
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks
• Support project scheduling and progress reporting

I'd love to speak to anyone who has:

• SMSTS or equivalent
• Evidence of working on occupied properties 
• Planned works experience
• Social housing experience

Location and travel:
This role is based in Nuneaton and requires someone to be on site 5 days a week. There is no real office presence needed within this role.
