In this role, you will manage the full bid lifecycle ensuring all proposals are compliant, competitive and delivered to the highest possible standard.

As a Bid Manager, your responsibilities will include:

* Managing the full end-to-end bid and tender process across renewable and smart energy projects.
* Producing, coordinating and submitting high-quality written proposals within strict deadlines.
* Working closely with commercial, operational and technical teams to develop winning submissions.
* Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date bid library while ensuring document quality and compliance.
* Supporting business development activities through opportunity identification and qualification.

The successful Bid Manager should have:

* Proven experience managing and writing bids within Engineering.
* Excellent organisational ability, time management and close attention to detail.
* Experience coordinating multiple internal stakeholders and delivering work to tight timeframes.
