About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth, win new business, and strengthen client relationships across the UK. This is a national role with a focus on building partnerships with developers, housing associations, and other key stakeholders in the residential construction sector.
You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the national sales strategy, launching new products to market, and driving profitability — all while representing the high-end brand with professionalism and expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential construction market.
Build and maintain relationships with developers, housing associations, and key trade partners.
Lead negotiations on major contracts and present to high-level decision-makers.
Create and deliver a strategic sales plan to drive market share and revenue.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the game.
Collaborate with internal teams — marketing, production, and logistics — to ensure seamless delivery of projects.
Use Salesforce CRM to track leads, opportunities, and client engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record in business development and winning new accounts.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of the UK residential construction industry and specification process.
Commercially astute with strong strategic thinking.
Comfortable working to KPIs and managing multiple projects.
Willingness to travel UK-wide and work flexibly as needed.
Full UK driving licence.
