The Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, opportunity-hunting Business Development / Field Sales Manager to take this story to the road freight market and beyond.

You’ll be:

• Driving new business wins: Prospecting, converting, and securing long-term partnerships with importers, exporters, and supply chain leaders.
• Leading with road freight: Opening doors with road-led solutions while leveraging air/sea capability to build full multimodal offerings.
• Selling outcomes, not lanes: This is consultative, partnership-based selling — solving operational pain points and unlocking value.
• Shaping customer solutions: Working with in-house engineers and operations teams to craft tailored, tech-driven trade and freight models.

About You

• A proven winner in field sales, business development, or solution-led selling within road freight, logistics, 4PL, or multimodal transport.
• Strong commercial instincts with a consultative, value-led sales approach.
• Confident engaging with senior stakeholders, ops leaders, and supply chain decision-makers.
• Tech-aware and curious — someone who embraces smarter, digital-led ways of working.
