Business Development Manager – Waste Management

Location: Covering Leicester to Coventry

Package: £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50k+) & Company Car + Fuel Card

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships. You’ll play a key role in growing the Leicester to Coventry patch, taking ownership of your territory and making a real impact on revenue.

If you enjoy being out in the field, opening doors, and closing deals, this role offers both autonomy and strong earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Proactively winning new business through outbound activity
• Creating tailored proposals that meet client needs and close deals
• Achieving revenue targets through securing long-term contracts
• Building strong, lasting relationships to drive customer retention
• Spotting and capitalising on new market opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Proven B2B sales experience (waste management or related industry preferred)
• A track record of hitting and exceeding targets
• Confident, personable, and commercially aware
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region
