Our client, a reputable and well-established automotive dealership in Nottingham, is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to drive growth and deliver exceptional customer service. • Competitive basic salary of £18,000 with an achievable OTE of £60,000

• 5-day working week on a rota (Monday to Saturday, with Sunday hours)
• Working hours from 9:00am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm on Saturday, and 10:30am to 4:30pm on Sunday

Duties:

• Actively promote and sell both new and used vehicles to retail customers
• Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to vehicle handover
• Deliver a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey
• Present finance options, add-ons, and additional products to maximise profit and customer satisfaction
• Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
• Create a welcoming environment to attract new and repeat car sales customers
• Maintain a professional presence and build lasting customer relationships as a Car Sales Executive
• Keep up-to-date with the latest vehicle specifications, finance packages, and industry developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car sales is essential, demonstrating a strong sales record
• Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets within a motor trade environment
• Confident, professional, and customer-focused demeanour
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory
• A proactive approach and a genuine passion for the motor industry
