CNC Programmer/Setter /Operator/Miller 

Location Rugby Warwickshire

Salary £19 to £20 per hour + overtime  (time and a third}

Days -Monday to Friday 8 am to 4pm

free parking and 33 days annual leave and company pension 

We’re hiring a CNC programmer /Miller experienced or a precision breakdown machine shop in Rugby Warwickshire. This is a great opportunity for a skilled CNC professional with leadership experience.

Role Details:

Start Date: Immediate

Overtime: Available

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Operate, set, and program Siemens CNC Milling Centres (Fusion 360 or similar).

✔ Lead the nightshift team, ensuring productivity and quality.

✔ Conduct quality checks and oversee machine maintenance.

✔ Optimize machining processes and troubleshoot issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven CNC experience (programming, setting, operating).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, tolerances, and quality control.
• Manual machining and basic welding skills (desirable).
