Following recent growth, they are looking to expand their team by hiring CNC Turners on a permanent basis at their Nottinghamshire site.

Key Benefits on offer:

• Stability / Longevity: Permanent

• Hourly Rate: Circa £17 per hour 

• Hours:

  • Days (Monday to Wednesday, 6am - 4:30pm, Thursday, 6am - 3:30pm)

• Benefits:

  • Overtime is available at premium rates (x1.5 after 39 hours and x2 on Sundays)

Your responsibilities include:

• Setting and Operating Twin Turret, Twin Spindle CNC Turning machines

• Machining small to medium-sized, complex components using materials such as Aluminium, Stainless steel, and Titanium

• Working from Engineering drawings

Successful applicants MUST be able to demonstrate:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Turner

• Experience in setting and operating multi-axis CNC machines

• Twin Turrett, Twin Spindle experience would be desirable but not essential

• Experience working with Fanuc and/or Mazatrol

• Previous machined complex parts for precision industries, including Aerospace, Motorsport, Nuclear, MOD, Oil & Gas, etc

• Previously worked with Aluminium, Stainless Steel and Titanium

• Experience with machining to tight tolerances
