Service Care Solutions is working alongside a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm, based in Leicestershire, which is seeking a dedicated and proactive Commercial Property Paralegal to join their busy and successful department. Role: Commercial Property Paralegal
Location: Legal 500 Firm | Leicestershire
Salary: £23,000 to £25,000 + Excellent Benefits
 
Key responsibilities include:

• Provide essential secretarial and administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of the Commercial Property team.
• Performing property searches and liaising with the Land Registry
• Participating in team meetings and undertaking general administrative duties such as post, calls, and client greeting.

Key Requirements:

• Have previous experience within a Commercial Property department at an established law firm.
• Have a strong understanding of commercial property processes.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and case management systems.
