Customer service without cold calls — just real conversations with customers who already want the product
We’re looking for a Customer Service Executive to join a small, friendly team in Leicester. You won’t be sat with a headset glued to your ear or working from a script — this is customer service at its best, where every call and email is from someone who’s genuinely interested in our products.
Your day will be spent answering inbound enquiries, helping people choose the right option, and following up on quotes or samples to secure orders. The best bit? You’ll earn a healthy bonus for turning interest into sales, without a single cold call in sight.
We’re proud of the fact that our customer service approach is all about listening, guiding, and solving problems. You might be taking a customer through measuring up, chasing a delivery, arranging a survey, or getting a repair. It's made easy for you to help - with guides, videos, and the know-how you’ll pick up in training.
The role pays £30k basic + £3–4k annual bonus, with hours of 8.30am–5:30pm (flex) Monday to Friday. Once you’re trained (and that won’t take long), you can work from home one day a week. You’ll also have the flexibility to desk-hop within the business with your own laptop.
