Are you a proactive and customer-focused professional with experience in Packaging? We are looking for an Internal Customer Account Manager to manage day-to-day operations for new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service, strong relationships, and ongoing business growth.
The Role
As the Customer Account Manager, you will oversee customer orders from enquiry to completion, acting as the key liaison between clients, production, suppliers, and internal teams. Your goal is to deliver excellence in service while maximising margin and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Business Excellence
Estimate customer enquiries via MIS systemÂ
Create product specifications and raise production tickets
Liaise with suppliers and manage purchase orders for repro work
Coordinate with Planning to oversee orders through production to completion
Communicate proactively with clients to manage expectations and deliver results
Build and maintain strong working relationships to drive margin and repeat business
Support stock management for client products where required
Work with the sales team on new business and growth of existing accounts
People & Culture
Manage internal and external customer relationships, providing service solutions that deliver ongoing value
Understand customers’ market landscape to identify growth opportunities
Serve as the primary liaison for national accounts to ensure unrivalled customer service

Technical Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with MIS systems
Knowledge of packaigng and packaging production methods and technical processes is useful and looked upon favourably
Experience & Education
Required: Previous experience in a customer service or account management role within the packaging industry
