Job Description:

We are always interested in hearing from candidates with experience in office based Customer Services on both a temporary and permanent basis.

Some key skills to succeed in a customer service based role are:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fully IT Literate – particularly with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Confident answering a high volume of incoming calls and emails
• Dedicated to providing a high level of Customer Service at all times
• Happy to work towards individual and team targets
