Customer Success Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an Customer Success Administrator to join a well-established tech business in Leicester. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and finance administration.
You will play a key role in ensuring contracts are in place, queries are handled efficiently, and new clients are seamlessly onboarded. This is a varied position where you will liaise across Accounts, Sales, and Marketing, providing essential support to keep operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily administrative support to Accounts, Sales, and Central Marketing teams
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate information
- Perform regular audits and data entry to ensure data integrity
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims
- Support Marketing with administrative tasks
- Handle overflow support calls, logging outcomes on CRM
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external partners to coordinate information requests and meetings
- Support Sales by chasing contracts, agreements, and onboarding paperwork
- Assist with general administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties
The candidate:
- Proven administrative experience (ideally within accounts, sales, or marketing)
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems
- Proactive, with the ability to think outside the box
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused, confident liaising with internal and external stakeholders
