Job Description:
We are actively recruiting for a Customer Success Advisor role for an expanding technology business in Leicester.
This is a permanent, full time, Monday to Friday role - 9.00am to 5.00pm.
Reporting to a Manager; the key areas of the role are:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to our professional customers
- Provide guidance and support and troubleshoot to provide effective solutions
- Be a point of contact for customer queries
- Create and manage support tickets
- Guide users through the product and provide training where necessary
- Onboard new customers
- Escalate technical issues where necessary
- Document support interactions
- Collaborate with internal product and development teams
Suitable candidates will possess:
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer support skills
- Able to multitask and prioritise
- Good attention to detail
- An understanding of software / technology
- Experience of ticketing / CRM systems
