£23  per hour x 40 hours 

8am - 4pm Fully Supernumerary

About the service:

A purpose-built care home offering exceptional residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and palliative care. With 57 beautifully furnished bedrooms-each with optional en-suite facilities.

As a Deputy Manager here you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver high standards of care, support the home manager in the day to day running of the home, supporting residents with a range of physical health and general nursing needs. Dementia care needs are low-level, including conditions such as Parkinson's and Huntington's.

️ Your Responsibilities as a Deputy Manager here:

-     Support the manager in the day to day running of the home

-     Ensure compliance with CQC standards and other regulatory requirements 

-     Support the nursing and care team 

-     Oversee the delivery of high quality, person centered care

-     Conduct care audits and implement improvements 

-     Manage medication administration and ensure safe practices

-     Assist in recruiting, training and supervising staff

-     Deputise for Home Manager in their absence
