Registered Manager

Job Description:

People House Recruitment is supporting a children’s residential provider in Leicester to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a 2-bed EBD children’s home.

The home currently supports two settled young people, offering an excellent opportunity for a strong leader to focus on staff development, stability and positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the children’s home

• Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted requirements

• Lead and develop the staff team

• Maintain safeguarding standards and high-quality care delivery

• Support young people with EBD needs

Requirements

• Level 5 Diploma in Residential Childcare (completed or working towards)

• Experience in a children’s residential management role

• Strong knowledge of Ofsted framework and regulations
