Homes: Established 4‑bed & 2‑bed Children’s Homes – Ofsted “Good” (March 2026)
Service: Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

These two warm, nurturing EBD homes—located just five minutes apart—offer safe, stable environments for young people to grow, heal, and feel genuinely valued. Both homes are well‑established, with strong staff teams and a positive family‑feel culture.
Each service has been thoughtfully created to feel homely, predictable, and supportive, helping young people develop confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging.
The Role – Deputy Manager
This is a newly created role designed to strengthen leadership across both services as the company continues to grow.
The Deputy Manager will spend:
You will work closely with the Registered Managers to bring consistency, relationship‑building, and visible support across both settings.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the Registered Managers in day‑to‑day operations across both homes
• Lead by example, providing guidance, structure, and emotional availability to staff
• Build strong relationships with young people and the wider team
• Uphold exceptional safeguarding and EBD practice
• Promote a nurturing, family‑style culture where staff feel supported and young people feel safe
• Support compliance, quality, documentation, and staff development
• Work flexibly — hours shaped around staff visibility and young people’s needs
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements
• A highly experienced Senior Support Worker ready to step up
• Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare
• Strong background in EBD residential practice
• Confident leadership skills and a desire to grow professionally
