❗ Now Hiring: Design Manager | Northamptonshire

We're looking for an experienced Design Manager to lead and coordinate across multiple Design & Build projects from concept to completion.
You'll manage consultants, ensure compliance with technical standards, and drive collaboration between project and operations teams.

What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Design Manager
Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 1-6 and Building Regulations
Experience managing consultants and design approvals
Solid understanding of build methods
comfortable with Projects typically £5M-£30M in value
can be Office-based with site travel as required

salary: £50,000 - £80,000
