8:30am – 17:00pm Mon – Fri

Are you currently working as a Dispatch Supervisor and looking for a new challenge within a well-established manufacturing business?
 
Arch Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Dispatch Supervisor for an expanding manufacturing business based in Coventry.
 
Role responsibilities –

• For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will provide leadership and guidance to the dispatch team and support the Dispatch Manager.
• Monitor and report dispatch department performance statistics.
• Provide oversight for carrier scheduling and routing software implementation, including managing any necessary updates to ensure compliance with contract requirements
• For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will evaluate systems vendors, equipment providers (common carrier phone line providers), or other suppliers to assess potential impact on service level agreements
• Maintain optimum use of the department’s system equipment, including replacing or upgrading as appropriate
• Establish, monitor, and implement procedures for evaluating performance of employees
• Ensure that department personnel adhere to all company policies concerning ethics, legal compliance, safety, customer service and environmental protection standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 
Role requirements –

• For the role of Dispatch Supervisor, you will have experience within a similar environment.
• You will have experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading a team is required for the Dispatch Supervisor role.
