Take on a
permanent role with a
company van, fuel card, and bonus opportunities, working as an
Electrician carrying out repairs, maintenance, and electrical testing across domestic social housing properties. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established in-house maintenance team responsible for maintaining over
35,000 homes across the region.

Electrician,
Electrical Engineer, or
Electrical Tester within social housing or domestic property maintenance environments.
As an Electrician, you will be:- Carrying out electrical installations and upgrades within domestic properties
- Completing electrical servicing, inspection and testing
- Diagnosing faults and completing electrical repairs and maintenance
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with current IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
- Maintaining electrical systems and appliances to a high safety and quality standard
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:- NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Systems or equivalent (City & Guilds 2360 Parts 1 & 2)
- Inspection & Testing qualification (City & Guilds 2391 / 2394 / 2395)
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (City & Guilds 2382)
- Experience working within domestic or social housing maintenance as an Electrician
- A full UK driving licence
The role is offering the following benefits:- Basic salary of £41,000 per year
- Performance bonus up to £5,000 per year
- Out of hours payments averaging £4,000 per year
