Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Engineering Supervisor:

• Electrical or Mechanical Bias 
• Leadership Experience 

Essential requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above)
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment

Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:

• Previous experience working in the UK
• Experience on reactive and planned maintenance 
• Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
