We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to join a busy and supportive finance team based in Leicester. The Finance Administrator will play an important role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and helping the wider team with day-to-day finance tasks. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers and has a keen eye for detail.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Raise invoices
• Managing purchase and sales ledgers, including reconciliations
• Assisting with weekly and monthly payment runs
• Monitoring and chasing outstanding payments
• Maintaining accurate financial documentation and systems

To be successful as a Finance Administrator, you’ll have:
 

• Previous experience in a finance or accounts administration role
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting systems such as Sage or Xero
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and teamworking skills
