Role: Finance Manager

Contract: Permanent

Salary: £50 – 57,000

We are working on behalf of an established organisation seeking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, as well as tax, payroll, pension, gift aid, cash management, purchasing and credit control. You will also be leading a team of 5, and completing 121s and personal development plans.

This role works closely with the CEO, whereby you will actively support them in the delivery of the organisation’s financial objectives and operational plan. You will be responsible for providing timely and accurate financial information to the senior management team and Board, whilst ensuring the Charity’s financial compliance.

The successful candidate will be a qualified Accountant (AAT, ACCA level or above) or qualified by experience within another SME environment. Confident user of Sage. Knowledge of charitable / not for profit accounting and statutory reporting would be advantageous.

For the first 3-4 months this will be a full-time office based position working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm at their offices in Meriden Coventry CV5. After this period, you will then move to their hybrid working model which is 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
